Sending Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Email only works while people trust it. Proxelion is built for targeted, personal, business-to-business outreach, not mass blasting, and everyone who uses it agrees to the rules below. Some of them are enforced by the product itself; the rest are your responsibility. Breaking them can limit or end your account. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Safeguards built into the product
| Safeguard | How it works |
|---|---|
| Unsubscribe link in every email | Added automatically to every email and follow-up we send for you. You cannot switch it off. |
| One-click unsubscribe headers | Added where the mail program supports them, so recipients can opt out from their inbox. |
| Permanent do-not-email list | An opt-out takes effect immediately and is permanent for that sender. The address is never emailed again from that account, and scheduled follow-ups to it are cancelled. |
| Address checks before sending | Malformed addresses, and domains that cannot receive email, are not sent to. |
| Bounce handling | If a mail server says at the moment of sending that an address does not exist, we add it to the do-not-email list and do not retry. |
| Business mailboxes only | Personal webmail addresses (such as Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook.com) cannot be connected for sending. |
| Your approval | AI writes drafts. You review and approve what is sent, including any automatic follow-ups you schedule. |
Rule 1. Email only people you have a good reason to contact
- Contact people for a genuine, relevant business reason, with a message that matters to their role.
- You must have a lawful basis for contacting each person under the laws that apply to you and to them (for example CAN-SPAM in the United States, CASL in Canada, and GDPR and PECR in Europe and the UK). Where the law requires prior consent, you must have it.
- Lists you bought, rented, exchanged or scraped from third parties must still meet those laws. We may refuse or remove any list that does not.
- Do not contact people who have told you to stop, on any channel.
Rule 2. Respect opt-outs at once
- Never remove, hide or alter the unsubscribe link.
- If someone asks to be removed in a reply or by other means, add them to your do-not-email list in Settings straight away.
- Do not ask a recipient to confirm, justify or repeat an unsubscribe request.
Rule 3. Be clearly who you are
- Send only from a mailbox you own or are authorised to use.
- Use your real name and business. The From name, subject and message must not mislead the recipient about who you are or what the message is.
- Do not pretend a first message is a reply (for example "Re:" in the subject) or part of an existing conversation.
- Where the law requires it, include your business name and postal address in your signature.
- Do not send on behalf of a third party without making that clear to the recipient.
Rule 4. Send only legal, legitimate content
- No illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory or threatening content; no phishing, malware or attempts to collect passwords or payment details.
- No adult content, gambling, weapons or explosives, tobacco or drugs, hacking services, get-rich-quick or forex and penny-stock promotion, payday loans, or the resale of leads.
- If your business is regulated (for example medicine, banking, lending or investing), contact us before using the service.
- You are responsible for the claims you make. Check AI-written drafts for accuracy before you send.
Rule 5. Keep your list clean and your volume human
- Remove addresses that bounce and people who never engage. Mailing dead addresses damages your reputation and ours.
- Spam complaints, high bounce rates and unusual volume hurt every user's inbox placement. Send at a pace a person could reasonably follow up on.
- Follow the sending rules of the mailbox provider you use, including Google's and Microsoft's, which have their own limits and requirements.
- We do not promise any level of inbox placement.
What we watch
We look at signals that show whether email is wanted: complaints from recipients, addresses that bounce, the share of recipients who unsubscribe, and reports sent to us. We may review any account where these look unusual, and we may ask you to explain or change your practices.
Enforcement
If we receive complaints, see abuse, or have reason to believe an account breaks this policy or the law, we may, depending on how serious it is: ask you to make changes, limit or pause sending, suspend the account, or end it. Where the risk to recipients or other users is serious we may act immediately and without notice. We may share relevant information with mailbox providers or authorities where required. Fees are not refunded when an account is ended for breaking this policy.
If you received an email you did not want
Click the unsubscribe link in the email. If it does not work, or you think the message was abusive or unlawful, write to support@hy-lix.comand include the email or its full headers. We will investigate and act on the sender's account, and we can block your address for that sender.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product and the rules of mailbox providers change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
