Proxelion is an AI-powered cold email generation tool for B2B sales and marketing. We provide AI-generated email content as a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing and personalizing all content before sending.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Proxelion to generate spam, illegal content, or emails that violate the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or other applicable laws. You are solely responsible for compliance with email marketing regulations in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Billing

Free accounts receive a limited number of credits per month. Paid plans are billed monthly and provide additional credits. Credits do not roll over to the next month. Refunds are not provided for unused credits.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you input into the service. AI-generated output is provided to you for your use; we make no claims to generated email content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Proxelion is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific results, reply rates, or business outcomes from using generated emails.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxelion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
